Mercado provides software services that allow customers to discover nearby street food vendors, place orders, and pay within the Mercado platform.

Vendors are responsible for the food, menus, fulfillment, and service they provide. Mercado provides marketplace, ordering, and payment coordination tools.

Payments and payouts are processed through Stripe and may be subject to additional verification, review, or compliance requirements.
