Mercado provides software services that allow customers to discover nearby food sellers through content and menus, place orders, and pay within the Mercado platform.

Vendors are responsible for the food, menus, fulfillment, and service they provide. Mercado provides marketplace, ordering, and payment coordination tools.

Each vendor is responsible for ingredient accuracy, allergen disclosures, labeling, food handling, sanitation, temperature control, and compliance with applicable food safety and consumer protection laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mercado is not responsible for foodborne illness, allergic reactions, contamination, spoilage, mislabeling, or other injury or loss arising from food or beverages prepared, supplied, or fulfilled by third-party vendors.

Payments and payouts are processed through Stripe and may be subject to additional verification, review, or compliance requirements.
